In the middle of it all - the closest attraction is hardly ten minutes from your home and nevertheless it is world famous. There is no other way to talk about Salvador-Dali-Museum. Very close to this place there is the Hands-On-Museum, and there are even more museums within walking distance.
About the same distance is Sunken Gardens, it takes ten minutes from home. And a first highlight is as close as 40 minutes driving. Busch Gardens with its famous rollercoasters, some of them are “really scary”! But the other highlights are worth the visit as well. A gigantic number of attractions is located all around Orlando: more than 50 different ones. First to name are the Walt Disney theme parks, recently they added Animal Kingdom. Hard to imagine: Epcot Center was actually planned for adults, but it is also a highlight for your kids. Speaking of Disney World most people have the Magic Kingdom in mind, but it is more: it is a total of four theme parks, one more attractive than the other. A wonder world which started a long time ago with Steamboat Willy.
Seaworld is also a cool place for kids each age, but also adults do have a lot of fun there. So this park is a real family attraction. Cypress Gardens is a great place to visit, too. For all ages between 16 and 60 Pleasure Island, another Disney location is a fat attraction. Dancing through the night, New Year's Eve every day, the biggest Disney Store all over the world - fun for more than three days. Do you think, Disney pays us commission? Definitely not! We are positively Mickey-Mouse-Fans for over two decades now.
But there are also countless highlights for your nights: Visit Medieval Times, an ancient knight tournament with dinner spectacle. Authentic? - Who knows?! What counts is a big portion of fun, an excellent dinner and just having a good time.
Only 2.5 hours from your vacation home you’ll find Cape Canaveral, Space Port USA.
