Your dreamlike vacation home is located in St. Petersburg, just north of Sunshine Skyway Bridge, two minutes from Interstate 275, old Exit 3, but far enough away from the tourist places like hotels and motels.
We had our special ideas before having built this home and that is the reason why it‘s a little bit different to other homes. Especially the number of bathrooms! There are three. Each bedroom with its own bathroom. Whether you travel as a couple, with your kids (a four person family) or you decide to spend your vacation together with friends (a real “big party”). There is no “fight” for the bathroom.
And there is no fight for the best bedroom! Because they are constructed nearly the same size and equipped exactly the same way! Not one really big master bedroom and two others which are so small, that there‘s hardly place for even one nightstand.
The architecture is great! It is a cathedral roof! And it’s all light and bright. Florida colors dominate and you will enjoy a Caribbean vacation atmosphere when the sun shines through the skylight and you can see the pool shining light-games on carpet and walls.
It’s really not a big pond behind the house and the backyard with its palm trees and oleanders, but it’s the right size to sit outside and dream at the pool in the afternoon, having a glass of squeezed Floridian orange juice and enjoy watching ducks, turtles and egrets.
